Levatherm® Provided that the compounds are correctly formulated and processed, the vulcanizates have outstanding resistance against hot air, hot oils, fuels, solvents and hydraulic oils in combination with very good mechanical properties.
Perbunan®Perbunan® is a fast curing NBR rubber. Used for the manufacture of oil resistant technical rubber articles with excellent cost/performance ratio.

Dyestuffs, pigments and optical brighteners

Bayfast®

Bayfast® yellow Y-5688 is a family of strong organic yellow pigments which possess excellent stability to light and weathering, making them ideal for high-grade coatings for automotive and industrial applications.
Bayhibit®

Bayhibit® is a family of inhibitors that have outstanding stability to bleach, lye, chlorine and bromine.
Bayscript®

Bayscript® is a complete range of water-based dyes for ink-jet printers.
Levanyl®

Levanyl® products are aqueous, solvent-free organic pigments which are light fast, and possess high brilliance. They are noted above all for their fine dispersion and high transparency.
Levanox®

Levanox® is a family of aqueous, solvent-free inorganic pigment preparations, comprising selected high-grade inorganic pigments, which can be used in paints and coatings and detergents.

Pyranine

Pyranine is a fluorescent dye for ink, detergent and tracing applications.
MACROLEX®

MACROLEX® are soluble dyes in various colors for the formulation of brilliant coatings.
Zinkoxyd Aktiv

LANXESS zinc oxides are precipitated to offer a rather small range of particle size combined with a high surface area. On top these products are characterized by a very low heavy metal content.
Mersolat®

Mersolat is used as raw material for textile processing chemicals, leather auxiliaries, detergents, cleaning  products and as an auxiliary for the manufacture and stabilization of emulsions.
Triacetin

Triacetin is a clear, colorless acetate ester used for plasticising synthetic rubber and cellulose derivatives.

Shoe Industry

Baymod® N Baymod® N grades are part of the modifier range of technical rubber products. These powdered nitrile rubbers are compatible with a variety of different base polymers thanks to their chemical and physical property profile.
Vulkanol®Vulkanol® synthetic plasticizers are required as active ingredients to adjust the properties of vulcanizates, for example, to reduce hardness, modulus and tensile strength or to increase ultimate elongation and resilience.
Vulkanox®Vulkanox® Aging processes, which are caused by oxygen or heat, change the properties of the vulcanizates.
Zinkoxyd AktivLANXESS zinc oxides are precipitated to offer a rather small range of particle size combined with a high surface area. On top these products are characterized by a very low heavy metal content.
Vulkacit®Vulkacit® Vulcanization is the conversion of a high-molecular material from the plastic to the elastic state. One of the key chemical reactions in this process is that of rubber with sulfur. Sulfur vulcanization, widely used in the rubber industry, requires the use of vulcanization accelerators such as Vulkacit®.
Renacit®Natural rubber is masticated to improve processing. By breaking down the molecular chain the polymer viscosity is reduced.
Vulkalent®Vulkalent® retarders adjust the vulcanization rate and increase scorch and flow times of sulfur-cured diene rubber compounds.
