In 2009, LANXESS AG initiated the LANXESS Rubber Student Award in Qingdao.  It is an annual based program with the purpose of joint force of enterprise and university to provide learning and development opportunities to excellent Chinese students. It also offers Chinese students working experience at one of the world’s largest synthetic rubber manufacturers and good knowledge of LANXESS’s culture and technology.
