We are dedicated to provide training and development opportunities for trainees. Over the time of 24 months you will get the opportunity to have a closer look to several departments by modular assignments. Depending on your personal preferences, interests and technical knowledge and the company’s own requirements, we will customize your very own program together with you and your mentor. Overseas exchange or training program will be included as well in accordance with function or project requirements.
