Modules of the Technical Management Trainee Program

• Introductory phase: Getting to know each other
• Project departments: e.g. Group Function Corporate Development, Business Unit Semi-Crystalline Products, Business Unit Inorganic Pigments
• Mentorship program: One mentor from management will accompany your training and will be your contact for support
• Further education: Different training programs on soft and professional skills will be embedded in each module
  
  

Your requirements for the Technical Management Trainee Program:

• University degree (bachelor or master) in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanic, electric instrument and etc
• Around 2’ years working experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance or engineering related positions (optional)
• Taking initiative
• Curiosity of learning, self-reflective
• Good inter-personal skills, team player and good at coordinating across functions or business units
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Mobility
