I moved from Taiwan and joined LANXESS China in 2007. My role is business development manager for LANXESS’ Functional Chemicals (FCC) business unit in China. My responsibility includes exploring new business opportunities, expanding customer base and studying new application trend for FCC products.

The energetic and liveliness with LANXESS is something I like most. As a company seeking quick growth, LANXESS is willing to listen to local employee’s voices and adopt their innovative ideas. I like the FCC team here. There are many senior managers who have rich experiences in this sector, from whom I can always find something new to learn.

I am the person enjoying business traveling, so I don’t feel it a burden to be out of town for a few days. I love sports and music. I am a member of LANXESS basketball team. We made our way to the play-offs at 2010 Zhangjiang Cup in Shanghai. I am proud of it even we finally failed.  Besides, I am the guitar player of the company band.
