Hello, I joined LANXESS in 2006 and now my role is Electric & Electronic (E&E) Industry Manager China of the Semi-Crystalline Products Business Unit. My responsibility includes collection and analysis of market information, exploring new markets, studying the application trend of Lanxess products in E&E industry and promoting new applications.

Having just changed my function from sales to marketing, I’m quickly adjusting myself to this new role by learning and thinking more. The new function offers me opportunity to get into contact with more people and more industries. When broadening my vision, it also poses a challenge as for how to find out from my wide contacts and research one or two promising sectors that our products can be future applied to.

What I appreciate a lot at LANXESS is the great room it offers for the career development to its staff members. Those who want to challenge themselves with bigger responsibility can always find their opportunities through their hard and creative work.
