I joined LANXESS Human Resources Department directly after my graduation. It can be sometimes challenging for me to work as HR as a freshman in society. I started with some basic HR work but gradually the company and my supervisor gave me many opportunities to try and learn new things and skills. Now I am a HR Specialist for LANXESS China headquarters. My responsibilities are mainly to deal with compensation and benefit related HR work, such as analyzing market survey report, discussing and optimizing compensation structure and so on. Since 2008, I was also involved in SAP system establishment of HR model, giving me lots of exposure to meet colleagues from other countries and backgrounds. In the course I also become more professional in HR field.

Employees here are mostly young and energetic. After the daily work, we organize a variety of activities. We have “Family Day” every year to invite employees’ family members enjoying our joyful and harmonious culture. My family and I all feel happy with LANXESS being a starting point of my career path.
