Hi, I am Tina Tang. I joined LANXESS in July 2011. As one of the first commercial trainees of LANXESS China,, I am undertaking the two-year project in Logistics department. Now, my main responsibility involves importing and exporting business and domestic transportation of new products for Advanced Industrial Intermediates (AII).

During the trainee period, I will also have the opportunity to work with LANXESS (Liyang) Polyols Co., Ltd., and marketing in AII. Thanks to the mentorship, I was able to integrate myself into the company culture quickly and learnt business from various perspectives through different units. In logistics Dept., I have obtained the opportunity to contact each BU and learn different business modes. I think the project is a challenge as well as an opportunity from LANXESS. I will keep accumulating knowledge and experiences and enrich myself.

Also, in LANXESS, I have been deeply touched by the open communicative environment, great interactions among colleagues, the enjoyable lunch time and fabulous weekend parties. All in all, the harmonious working environment makes me enjoy my work.
