LANXESS recognized as one of China’s Top Employers for 2013


December 13, 2012, Shanghai – Specialty chemicals group LANXESS has won the award of China’s Top Employer for 2013 by Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), an independent organization identifying top-performers in areas of HR, leadership and strategy.

 

LANXESS is one of the 36 companies that are recognized with high scores in HR policies and practices. LANXESS is also China’s Top Employer for 2009 and 2011. There are tens of millions of companies in China.

The CRF International Top Employer Award tracks practices and polices on five key aspects: pay & benefits, training & development, career development, working conditions and company culture. The annual certification program is operated in thirteen countries on four continents and was brought to China in 2006.
